Several TCNJ Bonner Community Scholars helped host a Halloween party at Trenton Area Soup Kitchen for patrons and their families. Mariah Springer, ’17, led the group of Bonner Scholars and TCNJ students, who played games, painted faces, and decorated pumpkins with the kids.
Students will serve at the Fernbrook Farms Education Center, assisting the nonprofit in preparing for its Farm Run, a fundraiser put together to support the education program at the farm. EWING, NJ – The College of New Jersey’s Center for Community Engaged Learning and its Bonner Institute for Civic and Community Engagement have received a $40,000 grant from the Fund for New Jersey to increase the capacity of the Trenton Prevention Policy Board, a local network that is focused on promoting positive youth development and
