EWING — As a little girl, did Tamara Frater have a dream that she would one day grow up to live in a castle?

Now a sophomore at The College of New Jersey, the Ewing woman is living out her childhood aspirations as the winner of the fourth annual Dream Castle Pageant. Frater was crowned this June at the pageant held in Yonkers, N.Y.
